Each branch will have approximately 26,000 square feet on one
level. Total construction costs are projected at $13,500,000. The City of
Davenport has committed $8.4 million and $4.8 million is being raised by the
FRIENDS of the Library through a community capital campaign. The remaining
construction funding, $300,000 will come from the library's operating levy.
